You can easily return your Skincare+ order within 30 days.

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If the product isn't quite what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

How does it work?

1. Register your return via our returns page.
   
2. Make sure the product is in its original condition: unopened, undamaged and, if applicable, in its original packaging.
   
3. Add the completed return form to your package and close it properly.
   
4. Send your return to the Skincare+ warehouse:

Return costs are at your own expense.

After receiving your return, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund may take up to 14 days, depending on your payment method.
